MY ETHOS
I don’t believe in rules; I believe in developing rhythms with nourishment that make sense for you. I don’t believe in restricting; I believe in choosing foods that energise and delight. I don’t believe in perfection; I believe in befriending your body and understanding its signals and needs, so you can develop the self trust to enjoy food free from guilt and fear.
“When we begin to understand what’s driving our negative thoughts and behaviours around eating and body image, we start to see that food and appetite aren’t to be feared; they’re sources of power and pleasure. I help clients get to the root of their eating challenges to learn how to deeply attune to food – and ultimately, themselves.”
My unique psycho-spiritual approach blends neuroscience (mindfulness based) MBT techniques, applied eating psychology, somatic experiencing, archetypes, family systems, and neurobiology. By viewing our eating struggles through the lens of family history, psychology and our emotional make up, we get to dive deep into your true subconscious beliefs about yourself – and how these so often play out on your relationship to food. This changes everything.

My ultimate goal for our work together is to help you experience how empowering it is to heal your relationship with food. When you are free from guilt, worry and body hang ups, life gets a whole lot better.
In my 20s, I developed a serious case of anorexia. It was a long journey, and gratefully I came out the other side. The experience of being at war with my body and appetite actually became my master teacher, and set me on my life path to help others learn how to nourish body and mind too.
I believe disordered, chaotic eating almost always has an emotional and often spiritual component. When we start doing the work to improve our relationship to food and appetite, we can’t help but deepen our relationship with who we are. This is why I love this work.

Working together, we will explore the thoughts you think about the foods you eat, and what fears or desires drive your current eating behaviours. We’ll slowly incorporate new practices and techniques that can revolutionise how you relate to your body and your true appetite.
This is not about “dropping weight” or “learning about macros” (although yes, nutrition and how we choose to feed ourselves is a key component of my work, and yes, clients can and often do lose weight when they shed the ‘density’ of what is energetically weighing them down ).
This is so much more than a weight loss plan; it’s a paradigm shift. At its heart, you will learn the tools to make peace with your body and upgrade your capacity to eat from a place of calm confidence.
My method presents an opportunity for the deepest inner and outer shift, one that invites you to let go of outdated thought patterns about food and instead, begin relating to nourishment from an embodied perspective.
This means learning tools to eat from a place of felt embodied, not fear-based mental conditioning.
MY PROMISE
As your coach, I am going to walk with you on the path towards building lasting self trust and an inner appreciation for your appetite. We will go into the wilderness a bit, because it is only by leaving our comfort zones that any real, lasting change can occur.
I invite you to trust me. I invite you to trust the process of unlearning everything you thought you knew about food, calories, inner confidence, dieting, restriction, control or maintaining the perfect body shape or number on a scale to get where you want to go in life.
When you take this leap of faith, I promise you your life will expand as much as you are willing to dare greatly and believe that there is so much more than cyclical diets, measuring macros, fearing bread or trying to drop the same five pounds you got hung up on two years ago.
Diets and obsessively counting calories doesn’t work; changing our energy, focus, awareness and emotional coping mechanisms do.
This programme delivers a perspective shift on how you eat, the thoughts you feed yourself and the patterns or belief systems that keep you stuck. From here, seismic shifts in confidence, acceptable, intuitive, conscious, pleasurable eating finally become available to clients.
This is freedom. This is my pledge to you.
Know this: everything you want is on the other side of letting go.
