MY STORY

Babe. Iโ€™ve been where you are.

Iโ€™ve counted all the calories, checked all the menus, feared all the buffets, made all the excuses. Iโ€™ve binged, starved, guilt-tripped myself, even stolen food โ€“ from friends! At my thinnest, I was an emotional and hormonal wreck.

Then, something happened in Australia while traveling that woke me up. Luckily I was 24, not 54. I began to take my power back. I started showing up for me, which looked likeโ€ฆ

  • Unlearning everything I knew about fats, energy, calories and carbs

  • Learning breathwork to regulate my nervous system, and eat from a place of calm

  • Deep diving into the healing power of nourishing foods and thoughts

  • Using CBT techniques to challenge and rewire beliefs about my body and worth

  • Most importantly, I learned to view myself as much more than my body

    This didnโ€™t happen overnight.

    But, with consistent practices and major mindset shifts, I came back to life.
